Agreement to Terms
This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Vapourware Studios ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of Vapourware Studio and all related services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may not access or use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 13 years of age
- You have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement
- You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
- All registration information you submit is truthful and accurate
- You will maintain the accuracy of such information
Account Registration
Some features of the Service may require you to register for an account. When you register for an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and identification
- Accept all responsibility for any and all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
User Conduct
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You agree not to:

- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service
- Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device to access the Service for any purpose without our express written permission
- Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Vapourware Studios a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the Service.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to grant the license set forth above.
Prohibited Content
You agree not to post, upload, or transmit any User Content that:
- Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property right of any party
- Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware
- Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable
- Constitutes unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach this Agreement.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the Service in terms of its correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VAPOURWARE STUDIOS, ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vapourware Studios and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use and access to the Service, or a breach of this Agreement.
Changes to Agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
